
		テ-ピング包装バネの組み付け作業を自動化する事を目的とした包装形態です。バネを2枚のビニールシートに挟み込んで自動で圧着し包装します。 TAPE PACKAGING The taping system packages springs in a tape roll so they can be easily integrated into automated production lines. The tape packaging machine automatically sandwiches springs between two vinyl tapes in a roll configuration.


パレット包装バネの組み付け作業を自動化する事を目的とした包装形態です。製品をロボットで、パレット上に整列挿入します。パレットの自動交換も可能です。 PALLET PACKAGING The pallet packaging system loads springs into compart- mentalized pallets for easy integration into automated assembly systems. Springs are loaded into pallets by a robot and the pallets are automatically changed when full.


		袋詰装置バネの計数、袋詰を自動で行う装置です。成形機・研磨機・テンパー炉等から出てきた製品を自動的に計数し、袋詰を行う機械です。 BAG PACKAGING The bag packaging system automatically counts the spri- ngs and places them in bags. Springs can be automatically packaged in bags after forming, grinding, or tempering.

矯正機
線材を垂直・水平の数組のローラーで挟み込み、直線化する為の装置です。太線用の矯正機で、強制送り込みローラーが
付いています。

WIRE STRAIGHTENER
The wire straightener uses multiple sets of rollers to straighten wire in the vertical and horizontal axes. Machinea
used for strraightening large diameter wire use supplemental force-feed pinch rollers.

プレス装置
油圧ユニットを別途設け、必要に応じて大きさを決めます。枠内にシリンダー及び、ダイセット部を挿入する事により、剛性の強い
プレスが作れます。

PRESS UNIT (OIL HYDRAULIC TYPE)
The ability of press can be changed by the oil hydraulic unit and oil hydraulic cylinder size. Standard die-set can be
used on this press device.

搬送装置
色々な搬送システムを準備しております。例えば、RMF型フラットリング機用の取り出しロボットや小物バネ用のバキューム
搬送システム等があります。

TRANSFER UNIT
There are many kinds of transfer system. For example, Transfer Robot System for RMF type Flat Ring Making
Machine, Vacuum Transfer System for small spring, etc.

自動線台
成型機側で素材を使用する事により、テンションレバーが引かれて移動し、それによってターンテーブルが自動で回転して素材を
巻き戻す装置です。

AUTOMATIC WIRE STAND
The automatic wire stand feeds wire to the spring forming or coiling machine. The wire stand's turntable speed is
automatically adjusted through a lever which monitors payoff tension.


キャリア用線台キャリアの荷姿の材料をそのまま使用出来る形態の線台です。 CARRIER TYPE WIRE STAND Wire is placed on the turntable-type carrier andpayed-off as is.		O.T.線用線台オイルテンパー線は、直線状に焼き入れ処理がされている為、特に太い線径の材料の扱いは危険となる為、特別な材料台の枠が必要となります。 OIL TEMPERED WIRE STAND Oil tempered wire is usually of a large diameter and heat treated in a straight configuration, so handling poses some danger. The oil tempered wire stand uses a special frame to aid in wire handling.
