CM・CML
As the name implies, mechanical coiling machines form springs through a mechanical process.They are mostly used to produce springs for switches, valves, clutches, and other applications.They can produce prings with an inner-outer diameter ratio down to D/d=2.
CM-CNC
All slide and wire feeding of this machine is computerised on the basis of mechanical coilingmachine for having coiling and forming both functions. Purpose of this machine is these, making high value spring, making small quantity spring, shortening set-up time.
MCF
Special metal mold and cam are unnecessary on this machine because all slide and wire feeding are controlled by computer. Sample making or angle modification, etc. will be much easier. Other machines can be connected on.
CF(TF)
CF type machine is the coil former combined with multi slide forming machine for the pupose of making complicated spring. Additional servo controlled axis available (Max..8 axes total).
RM
This machine is suitable for making 1 or 2 tuen ring by round wire. NC wire feed system is adoptedon RM-S type machine. It's new generation.
RMF
These machines can from snap rings, wave rings, wave springs, piston rings and other types of spring foms which must be made from shaped wire. They produce not only round forms, but also elli ptical and free form rings .
RMF-200CNC
The purpose of this linear equipment is to make big size flat ring. This big size flat ring is made from square wire. And welding & de-burring & annealing process will be done after coiling by using the automatic transfering equipment.
TFV
These are vertical type torsion spring formers that use CNC control. They also use precision AC servo motors for spindle, pitch, wire feed, and cam drive in order to produce complex sping configurations. These machines are best for producing spring products made from nickel chrome wire coils, luminous tungsten coils, or copper wire circuit breaker coils.
FM
These are multi-slide press forming machines which can produce small wire springs, leaf springs, brazing rings and other springs and wire foms. The FM forming machines are also capable of parts assembly. Basic spring forms which can be made by the FM spring formers.
OCF
These are specialized machines used to form oval coils. They can produce coils non-stop at super-highproduction speeds when equipped with our patented tooling. Polygon coils can also be produced at high speeds with special tools and control data programming.
MSC・MSW
Our MCS and MSW machines were developed to form motor springs used in seat belt , cord retractor, and other similar mechanisms. They can even form a retainer ring around the motor spring as part of theprocess. These machines can be packaging or assembly operations.
